Prices

To receive an exact quote, please contact me with an image of your character.
All prices are in USD
- Partial: $2500+ (Includes: Head, tail, feet paws, hand paws, arm sleeves)
- Fullsuit: $3100+ (Include: Head, tail, feet paws, hand paws, body suit)
- Digigrade fullsuit: $3800+ (Include: Head, tail, feet paws, hand paws, padded/stuffed bodysuit)
- Head only: $1600+
Payment plans are only available for the items listed above as well as Feetpaws ONLY! Everything else must be paid in full to receive the product*
- Tail: (Small tail >1 ft - 1.5 ft: $140+)
- (Medium Tail: 2 ft - 6 ft: $200+)
- (Large Tail: 6.5 ft < $300+)
- Hand paws: $250+
- Feet paws: $380+

**exceptions can be made to any product if price exceeds $500 or more

Warrenty and Returns:

Every Items comes with a warranty of up to 90 days that covers any workmanship. Repairs and replacements
Please note your warranty will be void IF:
- Item(s) has been abused and mishandled
- Item(s) has been altered without permission by maker.
- Item(s) are returned with an odor or bad smell, or has not been properly cleaned prior to being returned for repairs.

Costumes are NOT made for high demand activity, LARP combat, roughhousing, or any use on rough terrain. If you need a costume built for these specifications, please inform me ahead of time, so I can properly create a costume that will withstand these conditions.

Rush Fees:

Rush fees will be applied if costume is needed to be finished quicker than the standard speed.
Fursuit work begins in order of received. Order in payment plans will take longer to complete, and will only be complete upon being paid off.
Rush fees will be calculated based on how soon your costume needs to be completed
- Within 1 month: 60% on top of base price
- Within 3 months: 50% on top of base price
- Within 4-5 months: 40% on top of base price
Most suits will average a completion time of 7-8 months. But may extend longer based on how long it takes to be paid off.

Work In Progress/Photos

I love to share WIP photos with the commissioner!
Photos will often be shared via my Twitter (@Bryn_Husky), Instagram account (@Brynhusky), or telegram channel (Brynhusky)
A WIP photo will be provided if I need to confirm a specific detail during the construction process.
All commissioners also recieve photos of fur swatches to be approved for construction.

Packages/Insurance

Packages are insured for up to full value!
If your package arrives damaged: First, do not unpack the box. Contact me immediately. I will contact the shipping company, who will send an agent to collect the damaged package and take it to an inspection center. The damage will be assessed, and the package will be returned to me so that I can repair the item, or otherwise deal with it.There is no other way to claim the insurance, so please be prepared to undergo this procedure if your package arrives damaged. Failure to cooperate will void the warranty.Please note that the procedure may be different for overseas deliveries, but I ask that you still contact me immediately at the first sign of damage, before unpacking the box

Cancellation/Alterations

Once your reference sheet is approved, and work has begun, no major changes may be made to the design.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY COMMISSION AT ANY TIME IF THE COMMISSIONER IS RUDE, THREATENING, OR OTHERWISE UNREASONABLE.

The customer may cancel the project at any time. The balance (minus the down payment) can be refunded, or the full amount paid can be credited toward another project. I reserve the right to complete the cancelled project any way I choose and sell it at auction.
If you do not pay your monthly fees in accordance to our payment plan that is agreed to upon project acceptance and cannot keep good contact, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and refund you only what you have paid towards it, the deposit non-refundable. If for any reason something comes up that keeps you from being able to pay, simply e-mail or send a direct message to me and explain the situation. Failure to do so will result in me assuming you just don’t want to pay, and your commission will be cancelled
There are cases where I may refuse a project. This could be due to time constraints, or the actual subject matter. As with many other commissioners, there are certain lines that I will not or can not cross. If I refuse a commission/project, the customer will be notified (with reason included).

Refunds and Returns

A refund can be given at any time during the process, minus the down payment. However, given how much work is done, or the amount of payments made with affect the total refund amount. Please note: Down payment =40%
- 0% Complete - 60% refund.
- 25% compete - 45% Refund
- 50% complete - 20% refund
- 75-100% complete - No refund
Upon commissioning me, if you are having financial issues or are not happy with how the suit is coming out, you are entitled to be refunded ONLY if the suit is under 50% completed. The above explains how much you may be refunded depending on how much of the suit has been completed. This does not include the 40% nonrefundable downpay which I use to buy materials. Please be sure that you are financially ready to commission me!

Style Limitations

I will not reproduce copyrighted characters, costumes, or designs without prior written consent of the company or individual who owns the character or design.
If a specific detail is NOT mentioned on your ref, or discussed with me, it will be overlooked and cannot be added later.
Some designs are impossible to transfer over into fur. If thats the case, I will work with you to come up with a fursuit friendly alternative if the commissioner wishes. Otherwise more intricate details that will not transfer over well to fur may be removed entirely.
Some colors may not be available in fur. If this is the case, I will work closely with the commissioner to find a fur that matches as close as possible for an alternative.
I work in a toony style, but upon request when receiving a quote, I can do realistic suits with limitations, I.E, I do not own an airbrush, nor do I know how to work with LEDs, electronic fans, or casting my own resin items. But I can work with a base purchased from a third party such as Dream Vision Creations, or Drakonic Knight.

Shipping

The commissioner is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is NOT included into final price of the costume.
I ship all costumes with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX with tracking. Please note that Insurance on the commissioners package is NOT included unless they ask to include it, to which they will have to pay for the extra amount.
I CAN ship internationally, however to include tracking, It will cost quite a bit more as the commissioner will have to pay for express shipping.
Shipping costs are determined case by case and varies based on height and weight of the box being shipped.
YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID OFF.
Most international orders will incur CUSTOMS fees. I cannot be held responsible for these fees, nor am I able to determine what they will be, as they will depend on your country’s customs office. The customs fees must be paid by you upon entry of the package into your country. If you have questions about customs, please contact your local customs office.

THE CURLY COLLECTIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVES MY VICINITY.

Once you receive your costume, should you need to send it back, YOU are responsible for any shipping costs needed to return the item(s)
